Sorry, we don't provide trial at this moment, however we do provide 30 days money back guarantee and refund is given, deducting the number of days hosting has been availed, except dedicated hosting.

08 Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes, all our hosting packages except dedicated hosting carry 30 days money-back guarantee and you are refunded the amount by deducting the number of days you have availed hosting. On expiry of trial period, there is no refund and the package remains active for the entire period for which it has been contracted. You become ineligible for money back guarantee if our TOS/AUP is violated. Please note that it is the prerogative of us to accept refund requests.

 
09 How long does it take for my account to be activated?

It takes 1-2 hours for shared hosting setup and 3-4 hours for VPS. For dedicated set-up, it is 3-4 days. We however give you guarantee for set-up within 24 hours only for shared/VPS as every order is checked to prevent fraud and if the order meets our TOS.

10 What type of payments do you accept?

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as Paypal. Our payment gateways (2checkout.com & Paypal) are highly secured and encrypted.

11 Will you migrate my hosting account/websites from another provider?

We will migrate your data from another provider provided you are currently availing the same control panel. You can create a support ticket for migration once you place an order. You can login to "My account" section and go to "Helpdesk" to create a support ticket.

12 Can I host adult, warez or illicit sites or content?

No, you cannot host such sites.

13 Can I upgrade my account at a later time?

Yes, you can upgrade your account anytime. You can create a support ticket and after paying differential invoice, the account is upgraded. Kindly note that once you upgrade your account, you cannot downgrade it for atleast a month.

14 What uptime guarantee do you provide?
